Cancellation Policy

I agree & understand

Late Cancellation: 24-hour notice required. 50% fee for cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment. Late Arrival: 15-minute grace period. Arrivals >15 mins late may require rescheduling. No Show: 100% service fee charged. Rebook requires non-refundable deposit. New Clients: Mandatory $40 deposit, applied to first service. Helps secure appointments and reduce no-shows.
